Crane Condition Monitoring

Crane Condition Monitoring (CCM) is an integrity management system developed by IMES to assist clients to benchmark, inspect and maintain there cranes and other complex handling equipment for reasons of safety, availability and through life history. The system centres on a database of information collected from a number of primary sources including initial inspection, NDE and NDT including Acoustic emissions and strain sensing, statutory inspection information and live data from sensors built into the crane to monitor all aspects of use during lifts. This data is used to provide detailed information on the Asset in terms of useage, predicted life expectancy and current health.
