I Tube visual inspection

Imes has developed a novel system to deliver a range of inspection tools required to support I tube inspection on board FPSOs.

The systems contain Zone 1 cameras plus LED lighting ofering superior visual examination performance relative to halogen systems.

The engineering solution contains a hydraulic locking mechanism which stablisies the tool within the I tube providing an excellent platform for visual or other non-destructive examination procedures to be deployed.

The tool demonstrates Imes capability to engineer custom solutions to support asset integrity projects covering specialised structures.
